Installation instruction
According to the practical installation angel, determine the location of each base bracket, dimension S.
The front base brackets are pre-assembled.
Install front base bracket on the roof, fix it with screws.
Front rail installation
1.Plug the bolt through the groove of attachment.
2.Attach the bolt into the groove of rail, rotate the bolt to engage the groove.
3.Fasten the bolt to fix the rail, make sure the mark at the bottom of the bolt is vertical to the groove.
The rear support is pre-assembled.
Fix the solar panel to the rail with inter clamp and end clamp.
1.Slide the panel against the installed panel, then fasten the inter clamp.
2.Slide the end clamp tightly against the panel and fasten it. There should be a margin of d = 25mm –30mm.
Inter clamp installation details.
1.Put the bolt into the groove of rail.
2.Slide the bolt to the position close to the solar panel. Engage the bolt head with groove.
3.Fasten the inter, make sure the mark at the bottom of the bolt is parallel to the edge to solar panel.
End clamp installation details.
1.Put the bolt into the groove of rail.
2.Slide the bolt to the position close to the solar panel. Engage the bolt head with groove.
3.Fasten the end clamp, make sure the mark at the bottom of the bolt is parallel to the edge to solar panel.
